Where to find us

Princes Avenue Methodist Church is situated to the west of the city centre.

The church serves the vibrant Dukeries community and Princes Avenue bars and restaurants, and its premises are used by a wide range of community groups. The mixed age membership is supplemented by an ever changing group of worshippers living in the area.

The church was opened in 1905 and was substancially rebuilt in 1994, leaving the Grade II Listed spire as the only part of the original structure. Stained glass from the original building has been reused in a number of windows in the new church.
